Faith Mission Staff

Faith Mission Canada

Timothy & Emma Condy
General Directors

Tim & Emma are originally from Northern Ireland and have collectively served in Canada for 15 years. Raised in Christian homes, both came to personal faith in Christ at a young age, though it wasn't until their early 20s that God brought them to a place of full surrender to His will.
They met in 2002 at the Faith Mission Bible College in Edinburgh, Scotland, and were married in 2011.

Since then they have served with Faith Mission across Hamilton, Ontario and Ballymena, Northern Ireland, and since 2018 have served as Directors of Faith Mission Canada. They reside in Milton, Ontario with their four children: Grace, Josiah, Isaac and Lydia.

Faith Mission Canada

Conan & Julana Arndt
Interior B.C. - Falkland, BC

Conan and Julana both grew up in Melfort, SK in loving Christian homes, each coming to faith in Christ at a young age. It was at a Faith Mission camp work crew program that Conan gave his life to the Lord at 14 — and where he and Julana first met. They were married in 2015 and have four children: Scarlett, Claire, August and Beau.

After three summers serving at the Faith Mission Camp Centre in Falkland, BC, Conan and Julana felt God's clear call to join the mission full time. Their hearts are set on seeing both children and adults surrender their lives to Christ.

Faith Mission Canada

Kevin & Janice Evans
Conference Centre - Falkland, BC

Kevin and Janice were raised in Christian homes in Saskatchewan and both came to faith in Christ at a young age. They met while working at a summer Bible camp, attended Nipawin Bible Institute, and were married before joining the Evans family farm. Active in their local church, Janice led children's ministries while Kevin was involved in youth and men's ministries.

After 20 years, they sensed God's call to full-time ministry and accepted a position at a church in Vernon, BC, where they were introduced to Faith Mission. On November 1, 2007, Kevin and Janice joined Faith Mission Canada, serving first as Area Workers in the Greater Kamloops region before becoming managers of the Falkland Centre. They are blessed with five children and many grandchildren.

Faith Mission Canada

Jeff & Jani Goudy
Alberta

Jeff was raised in Alberta and Saskatchewan, and Jani in Saskatchewan, both coming from loving Christian homes where prayer, evangelism and revival shaped their faith. The local church was central to both families, and it was through faithful preaching, teaching and discipleship that Jeff and Jani each felt a clear call to full-time ministry in their early 20s, going on to serve 14 years in pastoral ministry.

They have now served with Faith Mission Canada for over 12 years, with a heart to preach God's Word and call believers together to pray and seek God for personal and corporate revival. Jeff and Jani have been greatly encouraged to see God at work in many hearts, and are blessed to be parents of six children.

Faith Mission Canada

Matt & Susan both grew up in Christian homes and came to know Christ in their younger years. They met when serving as counsellors at a Faith Mission Camp and were married in 2020. They felt God's call to serve full-time and in June 2022 they took on the role of Camp Centre Managers at the Campbellville Centre. They have 3 young children.

Faith Mission Canada

Mark & April Hardwick
Western Ontario

Mark was raised in St. Catharines, Ontario in a Christian home, giving his life to the Lord at age 8 and sensing God's call to ministry as a teen. April grew up in the Ottawa Valley and came to Christ in her final year of high school. They met at Heritage Bible College in Cambridge, Ontario, and following their marriage, Mark pastored an English church in Lachute, Quebec for ten years, where April was active in children's and women's ministry.

In 2012 they felt God's clear call to join Faith Mission Canada, serving in Northern Ontario for 10 years before moving to Clinton to begin FM work there. With six children and homeschooling full time, life is never dull!

Faith Mission Canada

Laura-Anne Drake
Eastern Ontario

Laura-Anne grew up on a farm in northeastern Ontario in a Christian home, giving her life to the Lord at a young age. As a teenager she spent several summers with Faith Mission Ontario doing camps and VBS ministry, and after high school attended Nipawin Bible College in Saskatchewan.

Returning home, she sought God's direction while working and serving faithfully in her local church. In the summer of 2010 she rejoined Faith Mission Ontario as a summer worker and stepped into full-time ministry with the mission in 2011.

Faith Mission Canada

Debbie Meier
Eastern Ontario

Deborah (Debbie) was raised in a Christian home about 40 km west of Montréal, Québec. Saved at a very young age, Debbie grew up knowing and seeing God all around her. In 2013, she was introduced to The Faith Mission through the workers in Québec at the time and had been volunteering in the summers with them since 2015.

She earned a degree in youth ministry at Liberty University, and upon returning from school, God very patiently made clear His plan for her to join the Faith Mission in Canada. She joined as a full-time worker in January 2026.

Faith Mission Canada

Sam & Nicholette Beaulieu
Southern Ontario

Sam was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area and came to saving faith at the age of twenty. Nicholette was born in Jamaica and raised in the Greater Toronto Area, placing her faith in Christ at eighteen. They met at a Bible college in Toronto and have four children together.

Joining Faith Mission Canada in March 2020, Sam and Nicholette serve as workers for Southern Ontario with a heart to bring the gospel afresh to the region and come alongside the local church in prayer and support. As they put it: "We look forward to laboring with you, and Christ loving you through us."

Faith Mission Canada

Robin & Debra Perron
Quebec

Debra was raised in a Christian home in a small village in Northern Ontario and was saved at a young age during a Vacation Bible School led by The Faith Mission (in Canada). She served with the Faith Mission for a few summers until she completed high school. Debra went on to attend Briercrest Bible College in Saskatchewan and, upon her return home, served the Lord in her local church. During the summer of 2007, as she continued to seek God’s direction for her life, He clearly led Debra to The Faith Mission and to the work in Québec.

Robin was born and raised in a small French-Catholic town in Northern Ontario and spent thirty years of his life knowing about God, but not knowing who God is according to His Word. He was first introduced to the message of salvation in university through one of his classmates and zealously accepted Jesus Christ as his Saviour. Following university, Robin pursued his career goals until God changed his heart and gave him the desire to serve Him in full-time ministry. Although he was willing to leave everything to serve Him, God asked Robin to wait until the proper time. About one year later, He brought Debra into his life and they were married in the fall of 2014. They now serve the Lord together with The Faith Mission (in Canada) in the province of Québec. It was later revealed that the father of Robin’s friend who led him to the Lord in university was saved through a Faith Mission youth event when he was 15 years old. God really is sovereign, providential, and all-knowing!
