"I hereby give the Camp Director the right to arrange any special service, medical or otherwise, that may be required in the best interest of my child and accept personal responsibility for the payment of any such service. I also understand that the Camp Director may send a camper home at the expense of the parent/guardian if and when the camper's behaviour is deemed inappropriate for the camp program or other campers. The Faith Mission (in Canada), its board of directors, staff and/or employees of facilities outside of our Faith Mission facility are hereby released from any liability in the unlikely event of an accident or mishap that the camper may be involved in."

"I agree that my child will obey all health rules that the Faith Mission Bible Camp may be required to abide by due to the health orders laid down by the BC government. This may include and is not limited to frequent sanitization of hands, physical distancing and potentially the wearing of a mask for kids over the age of 12 in the required circumstances."

Yes
Please note that this time, we are not sure what the restrictions will be. We want your children to be able to attend camp in a safe way and we must abide by all health rules or we will not be able to open. The government's current rule is that kids 12 must wear masks at extracurricular children and youth events. We are hoping that this changes by camp time. If you have concerns, please email Conan Arndt at camp.bc@faithmissioncanada.org before filling out this form and agreeing to these terms. Thanks!
"I understand that due to COVID-19, the Faith Mission Bible Camp may have to change their entire game plan for summer camp at the last minute. I understand that if the Faith Mission Bible Camp is required to change to a Day Camp format that I will be responsible for getting my child to and from the camp each day. I understand that it may mean that it does not work for my child to come to camp if this happens, even though the Faith Mission Bible Camp will do all that they can to make it work. "

Unfortunately when it come to Work Crew, this program will be cancelled even in a Day Camp format. We apologize for the inconvenience!
